Combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a blender. Now, add tomato juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate it for some time and serve.
Blend cucumber, avocado, yoghurt, water, lime juice, and garlic. Season it with salt and pepper. Refrigerate it for a while and serve.

Cook, carrot, ginger, and onion together. Blend it well. Stir in coconut milk, salt and pepper. Chill for some time, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Blend beets, cucumber, onion, yoghurt, vegetable broth, and lemon juice until smooth. Add salt and pepper. Refrigerate it and serve.
