7 Gardening Mistakes Everyone Must Avoid

Making a border that is too narrow or wide:   Create a deep border with shrubs in the background and perennials in the foreground if you want that lush, layered look.

Planting at the incorrect location:  If you don't put the proper plant in the right place, neither you nor the plant will be content.

Purchasing too few or too many plants for a space:  It might be challenging to determine how many plants to include in a border.

Purchasing flowers as opposed to greenery: Although it can be difficult to resist flowering plants, don't forget to include lots of foliage.

Growing things below big trees:  Because they are adept at hogging water, nutrients, and space, big trees are powerful and mighty.

After the first two weeks, do not water:  New plants are like newborns; they require more care, especially if they are in full sun.
