Instead of frying, sautéing, or boiling, the no-oil no-boil method relies on alternative techniques to prepare dishes. Here are some desi no-oil no-boil low-calorie recipes you can try at home.

Sprouted Moong Salad

Mix sprouted moong beans with chopped vegetables like onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies, lemon juice, and mild spices.

Bhel

Toss some puffed rice with onions, tomatoes, peanuts, chillies, cucumbers, herbs, and spices.

Raw Mango Chaat

Mix raw mangoes with chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and chaat masala. 

Veg Raita

Mix dahi with grated cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, green chillies, yogurt, roasted cumin powder, and a pinch of salt.
