Cinnamon Water
Soak a half teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a glass of water overnight and drink it the next day.
Ginger Water
Boil half-inch fresh ginger roots in a glass of water, strain, and drink.
Tulsi Water
Boil 6-8 tulsi in a glass of water and drink it hot or cold any time of the day.
Onion Water
Add 2 chopped onions, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and a pinch of rock salt with a cup of water and blend everything together and drink.
