The monsoon season excites fried food cravings. Here are seven monsoon breakfast recipes you can make at home.

Masala Cheese French Toast

Make a paste of spring onions, basil, green chillies, coriander, and chives. Mix chilli tomato ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Whisk egg whites with a little salt. Add the herb paste. Take a bread slice, apply the sauce, place 2 cheese slices, and place another sauce-smothered bread. Dip the bread-cheese-sauce sandwich in the egg mix and toast in a pan.

Chicken Omelette with Sauteed Mushroom

Add sautéed mushrooms and chicken pieces to a bowl of whisked eggs, along with some herbs. Now, pour this mix into a pan and cook.

Oatmeal Poha with Dried Nuts

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, whole red chilli, onions, green chillies, tomatoes, oats, turmeric powder, steamed veggies, peanuts, boiled kabooli chana, roasted peanuts, salt, and sugar. Gently stir the ingredients and cook for a while. Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.

Raw Banana and Coconut Kachori

Boil and mash raw bananas with rice flour, green chilli paste, and salt. Mix of grated coconut, groundnuts, curry leaves, and spices to prepare filling. Now, make round balls of raw banana mix, add the filling, and give it a round shape. Apply rice flour and deep fry these kachoris in oil.

Keto-friendly Mushroom Soup

Cook both Portobello mushrooms and oyster mushrooms. Blend these mushrooms with some spices and herbs. Top it with some fresh chopped basil and enjoy.

Aloo and Dal Ki Tikki

Mash boiled potatoes along with bread slices, parboiled chana dal, coriander, lemon juice, chillies, and spices. Shape into flat patties, fry them, and serve.

Paneer Besan Chilla

Mix besan with water, salt, black pepper, onion, grated paneer, tomato, green chillies, ajwain, and coriander leaves. Make its consistency light. Take a pan, grease it with some oil, pour this besan mix, and move it in a circular motion. Fry till it turns solid, crispy, and golden brown.
