Mango-ragi smoothie Blend ripe mango chunks with yoghurt, sugar, or honey, cooked ragi flour, milk, or coconut water.
Bajre ki chaas Blend yoghurt, water, cumin powder, chopped mint leaves, and roasted bajra until smooth.
Jowar kanji It is a traditional drink made by cooking jowar flour with water until it thickens. Add buttermilk, salt, and seasonings like pepper and cumin.
Kodo millet shake Prepare a puree of cooked and cooled kodo millet. Now, add milk, sugar, cardamom powder, or honey.
Kutki drink Soak the foxtail millet (kutki) overnight, and blend it with water. Now, squeeze in some lemon or honey, stir it well, and enjoy.
Ragi Ambali Mix ragi flour with water and cook it until it thickens. Cool it down and dilute until it has the consistency of the buttermilk.
Foxtail millet juice Soak the foxtail millet for a whole night, then combine it with water and filter it. Adjust the taste with a little honey or lemon.
