Fish Pakoda Take small fish chunks and add salt and lime juice to let it marinate for some time. In another bowl, add besan, ginger garlic paste, chaat masala, salt, and some other ingredients to make a semi-liquidy batter. Dip the fish pieces in the batter and fry until golden.
Prawn Pakoda Prepare a smooth paste by mixing chickpea flour, garlic, salt, pepper, chillies, coriander, and mango powder, in enough water. Dip the prawns in the batter and deep fry them until they turn golden brown.
Popcorn Crusted Fish Fingers Marinate the fish with lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes. Roll in flour and dip in the egg white and finally in the popcorn, bread crumb mixture. Deep fry it.
Crisp Fried Prawns They are made with prawns and marinated in soya sauce, wine, and sugar. They are then tossed with a lip-smacking Asian sauce.
Sesame Prawn Balls Marinate minced prawn with ginger-garlic and other spices. Now, make them into bite-sized balls and coat them with sesame seeds before frying them to a crunchy and golden texture.
Tandoori Tiger Prawns Marinate the juicy tiger prawns in a mix of spices and masalas and let sit for some time. Roast in a pan with almost no oil until evenly charred from all sides.
Achaari Fish Tikka Add curd, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, pickle masala, and oil to a bowl. Add fish fillets to this mixture and let it marinate for some time. Put the pieces of fish in the skewer and roast it in the tandoor.
