7 Tips for Caring for Succulents at Home
Producer: Riya Ashok
For plenty of sunshine, place succulents close to a window that faces east or south.
More light is required when there is stretching or etiolation.
To prevent overwatering, allow the soil to dry completely between waterings.
To avoid waterlogging the soil and water pooling, use pots with drainage holes.
Succulents can withstand somewhat colder nights and grow best in temperatures between 60 and 75°F (15 and 24°C).
In humid locations, make sure you have enough ventilation; low humidity is ideal.
During the growing season, apply diluted, balanced fertiliser (spring and summer).
