The top favourite dessert of Hyderabad is falooda. Here are five different types of falooda that you must try.

Traditional Rose Falooda

Rose falooda is made with vermicelli, basil seeds, and rose syrup. You can top it with lots of scoops of ice cream.

Chocolate Falooda

Place the vermicelli in the pudding layer, and top with chocolate milk and basil seeds steeped in chocolate syrup.

Dry Fruit Falooda

This flavourful dry fruit falooda is made of rose syrup, vermicelli, and basil seeds. Add chopped dried fruits such as cashews, raisins, and almonds to generate a tantalising crunch.

Kulfi Falooda

This classic kulfi falooda is made of stacking kulfi cubes, cooked vermicelli, and a mixture of small chopped nuts. 

Thandai Falooda

This delicious fusion dessert is loaded with the richness of falooda with the traditional flavours of thandai. Rose syrup, vermicelli, and milk to prepare the base, while the thandai mix adds saffron, almonds, and aromatic spices.

Kesar Falooda

This falooda is made up of the creaminess of ice cream, the juiciness of basil seeds and the sweetness of vermicelli. Top it off with chopped nuts or a syrup similar to saffron.

Rabri Falooda

This palatable dessert is made with vermicelli, rabri, and soaked basil in the stack. You can garnish it with some dry fruits and saffron strands.
