Fruit and Nut Breakfast Bowl
Combine fresh fruits like apples, bananas, berries, and mangoes with soaked nuts such as almonds and walnuts. Sprinkle chia or flax seeds to boost nutrition.
Khichdi
Cook rice and pulses together with some spices like turmeric, cumin, coriander, and ginger.
Vegetable Stew
Prepare vegetable stew with carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, peas, and leafy greens like spinach or kale. Season with herbs and spices such as cumin, coriander, and turmeric. Cook it with a base of vegetable broth or water and a touch of ghee or coconut oil.
