Waking up early  Bhaker is an early riser, often waking as early as 6 am. This ensures that she has enough time throughout the day to manage all her tasks. Waking up early not only helps a person maximise time for themselves but boosts productivity as well.

Early breakfast Having an early breakfast fuels your energy which can keep an athlete physically active for long periods of time. Manu has her breakfast as early as 8 am. She is a vegetarian and even avoids eggs and mostly likes home-cooked meals.

Yoga Bhaker likes to find her mental equilibrium in a refreshing session of yoga in the morning. She is in a sport that requires attention, control and precision. Yoga asanas, meditation and breathing exercises help Manu Bhaker to keep her mind under control.

Training Bhaker has revealed that she trains between 9 am to 4 pm. This gives her at least six-seven hours to sharpen her skills daily. The objective of fitness training should be to support technical training and overcome competitive stres

Physiotherapy Training is followed by an hour of physiotherapy which is an important aspect for recovery in any sports. Shooting players may need pain management, as well as improving their range of motion and flexibility as well as targeted strength and conditioning.

Gym  Bhaker heads to the gym from 6 to 8.30 pm to maintain all-around fitness. In a 2023 Instagram post, she said that she enjoys working out every day especially if there are no competitions going on. 

Timely dinner Manu has her dinner by 9 pm and prefers to have a light dinner so that it does not disrupt her sleep.
