Aamras Ki Kadhi - Mango Kadhi Recipe

Blend ripe mango pulp with yogurt, water, and besan (gram flour)

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds.

Add curry leaves, green chilies, and ginger paste. Cook until aromatic.

Pour in the mango-yogurt mixture.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to taste.

Simmer until the kadhi thickens and flavors meld.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
