Air Fryer Aloo Tikki Recipe

Are you not able to enjoy tikki due to excess oil? Try this air fryer aloo tikki recipe at home.

Ingredients Potatoes, boiled and peeled - 4 Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup Coriander leaves, finely chopped - 1/4 cup Onion, chopped - 1/4 cup Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Oil - 1 tsp Salt - As per taste

Step 1 Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth. Add bread crumbs, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.

Step 2 Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat round patty.

Step 3 Preheat your air fryer for a few minutes. Brush the air fryer basket with some oil.

Step 4 Place the tikkis in the basket, leaving a little space in between each.

Step 5 Brush the tikkis with oil and air fry until golden brown. Flip the tikkis halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking.

Step 6 Remove them from the air fryer and serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
