Almond Flour South Indian Dosa Recipe

Mix 1 cup almond flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, and 1/4 cup curd.

Add water to make a thin, smooth batter.

Season with salt and a pinch of cumin or crushed black pepper.

Heat a non-stick pan and grease lightly with oil.

Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it thinly like a dosa.

Cook on medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides.

Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
