Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding celebrations are gearing up to be extravagant, featuring a lavish menu that guarantees a delightful culinary experience for all attendees.
Guests will be served over 2500 dishes over the three-day event, with no dish on the menu repeating.
The menu will cover a variety of cuisines, including Parsi, Thai, Mexican, Japanese, and pan-Asian delicacies.
The highlight of the menu will be the food from Indore.
A dedicated team of over 25 chefs flew from Indore to Jamnagar to create a special menu.
The Indori Sarafa counter will serve a variety of Indori dishes, including Poha with Jalebi, Bhutte Ki Kees, and Khopra Patties.
Breakfast will have over 70 choices, followed by over 250 options for lunch and dinner.
Special arrangements have been made to cater for vegan guests.
Guests can also expect midnight snacks during the festivities, with arrangement of approximately 85 late-night snacks between 12 am and 4 am.
