The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) recently unveiled its annual complaints report for the year 2022-23, and it has brought to light some remarkable findings.

The report sheds light on the state of advertising in India by examining a total of 7,928 advertisements across various media platforms, including print, digital, and television.

The report highlighted that a staggering 75% of the ads reviewed by ASCI belonged to the digital space while 21% from print, & 3% from TV. Here are the top violative sectors as per the report.
