Authentic and Easy South Indian Shrimp Curry

Ingredients: Shrimp, coconut milk, tamarind paste, mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies,

Ingredients: turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, oil, and salt.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

Add curry leaves, chopped onions, garlic, and ginger; sauté until golden.

Add turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder; stir well.

Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.

Pour in coconut milk and tamarind paste; simmer for 5 minutes. Adjust salt and spice to taste.

Garnish with fresh curry leaves and serve with rice.
