Wrestler Bajrang Punia looks to return Padma Shri to PM Modi, stopped by Delhi Police
Olympic medallist Bajrang Punia had on Friday attempted to return his Padma Shri award to PM Modi as a response to the presidential change at WFI
However, en route to PM Modi's residence, Punia was stopped by Delhi Police at Karthavya Path
The development comes after Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh's aide Sanjay Singh was elected as the new WFI president
