Child pose Child's Pose is a gentle stretch for the shoulders, back, hips, thighs, neck, and ankles. It also helps to relieve back pain.

Locust pose Lying down on your stomach stretch your hands forward and while inhaling lift your legs, arms and head. Try to balance your weight on your stomach.

Downward dog Form an inverted V with your body by placing the palms under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Keep your focus on your big toes.

Cobra pose Cobra Pose helps stretch the back by forming an arc. Lie on the floor with your chest facing downward. Then, push the chest upwards, keeping all the weight on the arms. Lift your head slightly.
