Coconut Jaggery Barfi Recipe In 20 mins

Ingredients:
2 cups grated coconut, 1 cup jaggery (grated), 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp ghee, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Heat:
Ghee in a pan over medium flame.
Add:
Grated coconut and jaggery; stir until jaggery melts.
Pour:
Milk into the mixture; cook until it thickens.
Stir:
Continuously until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan.
Add:
Cardamom powder; mix well.
Transfer:
The mixture to a greased plate; flatten with a spatula.
Cool:
Allow to set for 10-15 minutes, then cut into pieces.
Serve:
Enjoy your barfi!
