Delicious Coconut Oats Recipe For Breakfast

Soak 1/2 cup oats in water for 10 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a pan.

Add 1/4 cup grated coconut and sauté for a minute.

Stir in the soaked oats and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add salt to taste and a pinch of pepper. Garnish with fresh coriander or roasted nuts.

Serve warm for a healthy breakfast option.
