Delicious Cold Soba Noodle Salad Recipe

Boil soba noodles. Drain and rinse the noodles and toss in sesame oil.
Add sliced onions, carrots, capsicum, and zucchini to a bowl.
For the dressing, mix lemon juice, sesame oil, and sriracha.
Add the noodles to the veggies. Pour in the dressing and mix well.
Adjust the heat according to your taste. Garnish with sesame seeds and crushed peanuts.
