Cooker Paneer Recipe

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. 

Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Stir and cook the spices for 2 minutes.

Add paneer cubes and mix well. Add water and stir. Close the lid and cook on medium heat for 1 whistle.

Release the pressure, open the lid, and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot with rice or roti.
