Crunchy South Indian Murukku Recipe

Ingredients: 1 cup rice flour, 2 tbsp besan, 1 ½ tbsp fried gram dal flour, 1 tbsp butter, ½ tsp cumin, salt, water, oil
Mix rice flour, besan flour, fried gram dal flour, butter, cumin seeds, and salt to taste in a bowl.
Add water and make a soft dough. Set aside.
Grease murukku mould with oil. Fill the dough and press out the murukku.
Fry the pressed murukku in oil.
Cook till it is brown and crisp. Serve with hot chai.
