David Warner announced that following his final Test at the SCG, he would retire from the ODIs as well.

David Warner is set to play his final Test against Pakistan which will take place at his home ground the SCG.

Warner's last appearance in the ODI format was the WC 2023 finals against India which Australia managed to win. 

Available for CT2025?

However, if he plays well, he also opened the door to being available for the Champions Trophy which will take place in 2025. 

Among the Aussie Greats

Warner will finish as the sixth highest run-scorer in the ODI formats for Australia having scored 6932 runs in 161 matches.

Big Numbers from Warner

In those 161 ODI games, he has racked up 22 centuries and 33 fifties. 

Two-Time WC Winner

In the ODI format, he also has two World Cups, which he won in 2015 at home and 2023 in India. 

Warner Taking Part in T20 Leagues

Warner also said that he wants to explore the various T20 leagues around the world.
