Ingredients All-purpose flour - 1 cup Sugar - 4 teaspoons Baking powder - ½ teaspoon Salt - according to taste Egg - 1 Milk - One and a half cups Oil - Around 25 ml (according to preference) Mashed banana Vanilla essence - ½ teaspoon Honey - 1 teaspoon Butter - 1 teaspoon
In a bowl, break the egg and beat it well. Add butter, honey, and vanilla essence to it.
Mix it thoroughly and then add the mashed banana. Mix the mashed banana well.
Now take the all-purpose flour and mix baking powder into it. Then gradually add the liquid mixture to this. While mixing, stir continuously to avoid the formation of lumps.
Stir the mixture well and add milk to it. Stir it well until the batter becomes smooth.
Heat a pan and pour around ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Leave it for sometime until the one side gets cooked nicely.
Then flip the pancake and cook until both sides turn golden brown.
You can garnish the pancake with sliced bananas, cream, ice cream, peanut butter, nuts, or maple syrup to make it more appealing. You can also make a banana sauce and add it as a topping.
