Delicious Bread Roll Recipe

   Bread slices – 6    Boiled potatoes – 3    Finely chopped onion – 1    Sweet corn – 3 tbsp    Peas – 3 tbsp    Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp    Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp    Chopped green chilli – 1    Turmeric – 1/4 tsp    Garam masala – 1/2 tsp    Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp    Mango powder – 1/2 tsp    Grated paneer – 3 tbsp    Oil    Salt – according to taste

Put 3 tsp oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil is hot, add onion and fry it until its color becomes light golden.

After this, add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder to the onion and mix it. Next, add sweet corn and peas and fry it. Fry them until the corn and peas become soft.

Now mash the boiled potatoes and add them to this mixture. After this, add turmeric, garam masala, dry mango powder, salt as per taste and other spices to the mixture and cook while stirring well.

Add grated cheese and chopped coriander and mix. After cooking for 1 minute, turn off the gas and keep the stuffing aside to cool.

Now take bread slices and cut their edges. Take clean water in a bowl. After this, dip the bread slices in it for a second and then squeeze out the excess water. Do this with all the bread slices.

Now spread the cylindrical stuffing all around the bread slices. After this, roll the bread. Prepare all the bread rolls in the same way.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil is hot, put the bread rolls in it and deep fry them until their color becomes golden.

Your delicious bread rolls are ready. Serve them with chutney or tomato ketchup.
