Bread slices – 6 Boiled potatoes – 3 Finely chopped onion – 1 Sweet corn – 3 tbsp Peas – 3 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp Chopped green chilli – 1 Turmeric – 1/4 tsp Garam masala – 1/2 tsp Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp Mango powder – 1/2 tsp Grated paneer – 3 tbsp Oil Salt – according to taste
Now mash the boiled potatoes and add them to this mixture. After this, add turmeric, garam masala, dry mango powder, salt as per taste and other spices to the mixture and cook while stirring well.
Now take bread slices and cut their edges. Take clean water in a bowl. After this, dip the bread slices in it for a second and then squeeze out the excess water. Do this with all the bread slices.
