Delicious Chapli Kebab Recipe Under 15 Minutes

Chapli kebabs are named so because they are flat. Try this tasty chapli kebab recipe at home this festive season.

Minced chicken - 750 gm Cumin powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 2 tsp Pepper powder - 1 tsp Salt - As required Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Amchur powder - 1 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Chopped onions - 2 Chopped tomatoes - 1 Besan - 4 tbsp Egg - 1 Chopped green chillies - 4 Chopped fresh coriander leaves - 4 tbsp Ghee - For frying

In a mixing bowl, add the minced chicken and besan. Mix it well. Add an egg and mix.

Step 1

Add the powdered spices and make a thick mixture. Once, you get the desired consistency, add in the chopped vegetables.

Step 2

Make slightly big balls out if the mixture and flatten them like tikkis, but bigger.

Step 3

Heat some ghee in a pan, put your tikki shaped kebabs and fry both sides till golden brown.

Serve with green chutney and onions.
