Delicious Chettinad Paniyaram Recipe

Ingredients: 1 cup rice, ¼ cup whole white urad dal, ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
Ingredients: 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp split urad dal, ¼ tsp hing, 1 onion chopped, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 2 green chillies chopped, curry leaves
Soak rice, dal, fenugreek seeds for 4 hours. Grind and make a batter. Leave overnight.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and urad dal.
Add asafoetida, curry leaves, ginger, onion, and green chillies.
Season with salt. Saute well. Add this to the batter.
Heat a paniyaram pan. Add in a ladle of the mixture. Cook on both sides.
Serve with chutney and sambar.
