First, marinate chicken pieces with curd, turmeric and lemon juice.
Roast dried red chillies, fenugreek, cumin and coriander seeds.
It’s time to prepare a paste using roasted spices, garlic and ginger.
Next, heat ghee in a kadhai and add curry leaves to it.
Keep the flame low, add the marinated chicken to the pan, and cook.
Add the roasted blend to the pan and mix it well.
Allow it to cook for some more time.
You can add some chopped coriander after turning off the flame.
Serve it with rice or paratha.
