Chocolate Strawberry
Pudding Recipe Without Sugar

Ingredients
200g
strawberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey
120g dark chocolate for ganache
80g melted chocolate
1/4th cup milk of your choice
First, make the strawberry chia jam by cooking strawberries with 3 tbsp of water.
Then add chia seeds to it and cook for another 2 mins. Switch off the flame and add honey. Now let this rest.
To make the chocolate ganache, mix chocolate with hot milk.
Now mix this well until it forms a thick consistency. Pour it into a small container and let it rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, microwave your chocolate for 30 seconds in intervals until it me
lts.
Now layer the strawberry chia jam on it and then pour the melted chocolate on
top of it.
Refrigerate this for 20 minutes and enjoy it guilt-free.
