1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries 1 cup orange juice 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tsp grated orange zest 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 2 large eggs
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
Mix cranberries, orange juice, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
Next, arrange cranberry mixture in the prepared pan.
Prepare the cake batter by combining flour, baking powder, salt, softened butter, eggs, and orange zest.
