Delicious Fast-friendly Potato Wafers Recipe

    3 indori potatoes    Oil for deep-frying    Rock salt to taste    Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Place the indori potatoes on a clean, dry surface and peel the skin of the potatoes.

Slice the potatoes thinly using a slicer and soak them in a bowl full of water to remove excess starch.

Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and add the potato slices one by one.

Deep-fry a few slices on a medium flame till they turn light golden in colour from all the sides.
