Yogurt Herb Dip

Combine yogurt with chopped fresh herbs like dill, parsley and chives. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and some olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Mix together chickpeas, roasted red peppers, garlic, lemon juice, tahini and a drizzle of olive oil. It's high in protein and fiber.
