Delicious Kaju Barfi Recipe You Must Try 

Ingredients

250 grams cashews    250 grams sugar    240 grams milk    Edible silver foil

First of all, prepare a paste by mixing cashew nuts and milk.

Add sugar to the paste. Cook on low flame. 

When the sugar dissolves, boil the mixture once.

Keep stirring the mixture on medium flame. When the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan and becomes like kneaded dough, take it off the flame.

Take out the dough on a ghee-greased vessel. Cut into pieces about ¼ and 1/8 thick and keep aside to freeze.

Apply the silver foil on top. Leave to cool.

Cut it in diamond shape and serve.
