Delicious Kolkata Style Egg Roll Recipe

Make the paratha with a dough of all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and oil.
For the filling, chop 1 onion and 1 cucumber into julienne pieces.
Break an egg. Add salt, pepper, and red chilli powder.
Spread the egg mixture on a hot tawa. Once semi-cooked on one side, place the paratha on top.
After 2 minutes, turn the paratha and cook on the other side.
Take the egg-paratha off the flame and spread tomato sauce.
Place cucumber, onion, and chopped green chilli horizontally. Sprinkle lemon juice.
Tightly roll the paratha and serve hot.
