Gather some potato, gochujang (Korean red chili paste) and garlic.
Get soy sauce, honey or sugar), rice vinegar, salt and water as required.
Boil potatoes in salt water until they are tender.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey/sugar, minced garlic and rice vinegar.
On medium heat, stir constantly until it turns into a smooth paste.
Chop the potatoes and saute till they turns golden-brown in colour.
Pour the spicy and hot sauce over the potatoes and add salt.
Adjust water, salt or any spice in the mix according to your taste.
Garnish with some sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top.
Serve your Korean chili garlic potato hot as a side dish or as a snack.
