Delicious Lauki Raita Recipe

Ingredients: 2 cups yogurt, 1 bottle gourd grated, 2 tsp roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, coriander
Take 1 cup water in a pan. Add grated lauki and cook on medium flame.
Strain the lauki and let it cool.
Add lauki to whisked yogurt. Add roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, and red chilli powder.
Mix well and garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
