Ingredients Mascarpone Cheese - 250 gm Egg Yolks - 5 Castor Sugar - 150 gm Semi-whipped cream - 200 gm Mango Puree - 50 ml Sliced Alphonso Mangoes - 150 gm Ladyfinger Biscuits - 12 Kahlua - 60 ml Homemade Coffee Syrup - 200 ml

 Step 1 Add sugar and water to a heavy bottom pan and bring it to a boil.

Step 2 Mix the egg yolks and slowly add the syrup while consistently whipping until it reaches a cool and thick whipped cream texture.

Step 3 Add the mascarpone to the mixture and mango puree.

Step 4 To make the coffee syrup, take water, add the Kahlua, instant coffee powder, and some sugar. Mix well in warm water and let it rest for some time.

Step 5 In a serving dish, place the finger biscuits after soaking them in the coffee syrup for a minute. Gently spread the mascarpone-mango mixture on top of the biscuits and add a layer of mango slices. Repeat one more time.

 Step 6 Refrigerate for some time. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and add some fresh mango slices on top.
