First, cook the minced mutton with chilli powder and salt in a pressure cooker.
Allow the pressure to release naturally before opening the cooker.
Put it back on the stove and cook until you get a dry texture.
Next, fry onions, green chillies, garlic and curry leaves.
Boil potatoes and mash them once they have cooled down with salt.
Add minced meat, mashed potatoes and fried onion to a bowl and mix well.
Now, add lime juice, chopped coriander and garam masala to it.
Take a small amount and give it a shape.
Dip the cutlet in beaten egg and coat it in breadcrumbs.
Shallow fry the cutlets in oil immediately before serving.
