Delicious Palak Chaat Recipe You Must Try

Palak leaves coated in besan and deep fried until crisp, topped with potatoes and sweet and tangy chutneys is a delicious snack to indulge in. Here's a step-by-step guide to make it at home.

Ingredients

01 Fresh palak leaves - 5

02 Besan - 100 gm

03 Ajwain - 1 gm

04 Boiled potato - 100 gm

05 Green chutney - 25 gm

06 Sweet chutney - 25 gm

07 Curd - 50 gm

08 Oil - 250 gm

09 Sev - 50 gm

10 Chopped onion - 25 gm

11 Chopped tomato - 25 gm

12 Chaat masala - 100 gm

13 Coriander leaves, for garnishing

14 Pomegranate, for garnishing

15 Salt, according to the taste

Take besan add water, salt, and ajwain and make a mixture keep it aside.

Step 1

Wash the fresh palak leaves and dip them in the besan mixture.

Step 2

Put oil in a small pan and fry these besan-dipped palak leaves on medium flame till they get crispy and brown.

Step 3

Put them on a plate put mashed potato on it, salt, chaat masala, sweet chutney, green chutney.

Step 4

Top it with curd, barik sev, chaat masala, chopped onion, and chopped tomatoes on it.

Garnish it with coriander leaves and pomegranate. Palak chaat is ready!
