Delicious Palak Paneer Uttapam Recipe For Breakfast

1 cup semolina 1 cup spinach puree 1/2 cup curd 1/2 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp fruit salt Salt to taste 5 tbsp oil for greasing and cooking
Ingredients
1/2 cup finely chopped onions 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies 1/2 cup thickly grated paneer 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander Salt to taste
To be mixed into a mixture
In a deep bowl, add semolina, palak purée, curd and ¾ cup water and mix well.
Heat a non-stick tava and grease with a little oil.
Pour a ladle of the batter on it and the paneer mixture over it and press it lightly.
Cook for 1 minute on a medium flame. Smear a little oil over it and along the edges.
Flip over and cook on a medium flame till the uttapam turns brown in colour and crisp from both the sides.
Serve the palak paneer uttapam immediately with green chutney.
