Sieve 1 cup of ragi flour and ½ cup wheat flour in a large bowl.
Add salt and water as per your need and knead into a smooth dough.
Cover it with a cloth and keep it aside for at least 15-20 minutes.
Chop your favourite veggies and add salt, oregano, red chilli, and soy sauce. Mix it well.
Now, divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin, round disc.
Fill it with 1 tbsp of vegetable mixture and seal it by folding the edges.
Steam the momos by placing them in a bowl over water in a heated pan.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, onion, tomatoes, salt, pepper and 1-2 cups of water.
Once cooked, let it cool and blend into a smooth paste.
Add the puree to the pan, place the steamed momos in, and you're done!
