Delicious Rice Kheer Recipe

1/2 cup basmati rice, 4 cups milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, 2 tbsp chopped nuts, 1 tbsp ghee

Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes. Heat ghee in a pan.

Add drained rice and sauté for 2 minutes. Add milk and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer until rice is tender. Stir in sugar and cardamom powder.

Cook until kheer thickens. Add nuts and raisins.

Serve warm or chilled. Enjoy your delicious Rice Kheer
