Sooji - 1/2 cup Ghee - 2 tbsp Besan - 2 tbsp Green cardamom powder - 2 tsp Sugar - 1/2 cup Almonds (chopped) - 8 Pistachios (chopped) - 8 Saffron - A few strands Milk - 1/2 cup
Heat ghee in a pan, add sooji (semolina), and sauté until it turns light brown.
Add besan and stir it continuously to avoid stickiness. Add saffron and mix.
When the sooji, besan, and ghee mixture turns light brown, add milk slowly and keep stirring.
Reduce the flame, cover, and cook for a minute or more.
Add green cardamom powder and sugar and mix till the sugar dissolves.
Garnish with almond and pistachio slivers and serve hot.
