Delicious Street-style Chowmein Recipe

3 cups noodles, cooked    1 tbsp oil    1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped    2 tsp ginger, finely chopped    1 big onion, thinly sliced    1/4 cup white bulb of green onions, chopped    3-4 green chillies, finely chopped    1 cup cabbage, thinly sliced    1/2 cup carrot, thinly sliced    1/4 cup bell pepper, thinly sliced    1/4 cup capsicum, thinly sliced    Salt and pepper, to taste    1/2 tbsp soy sauce    1/2 tbsp green chilli sauce    Vinegar, to taste    2 tsp Schezwan chutney    1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

Ingredients

In a big pot, heat water. When it comes to boil, add salt, oil and noodles. Cook until noodles are almost cooked. 

Strain and add cold water on the noodles to stop the cooking process. Keep the noodles aside.

In a wok or pan, heat oil. Add garlic, ginger, green chillies and cook for a few seconds.

Add onions, white bulb of green onions and cook until onions are soft.

Add cabbage, carrot, capsicum and bell pepper. Cook until they are soft. Do not overcook, the veggies should have a bite.

Add noodles, salt, pepper, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, Schezwan chutney and mix it well. 

Cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
