Add 1 cup water, instant coffee and sugar. Mix it well and keep aside.
Add mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix it lightly. Do not overtax it, otherwise it will becomes watery.
Now, soak the biscuit in coffee mixture and add a layer in the glass.
Top it with mascarpone cheese layer and repeat the same layer.
Now top it with your favourite ingredients and enjoy.
