• Multigrain pizza base • 1/2 cup tomato sauce • 1 cup shredded vegan mozzarella cheese • 1 bell pepper, sliced • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced • 1/2 broccoli • 1 teaspoon dried oregano • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the multigrain pizza base.
Sprinkle shredded vegan mozzarella cheese on top.
Arrange bell pepper, red onion, mushrooms, and black olives over the cheese.
Sprinkle with dried oregano.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
