Desi Garlic Laccha Paratha Recipe For Breakfast

Lachha paratha is a multi-layered shallow-fried Indian flatbread. Try this desi garlic lachha paratha recipe at home for breakfast.

Wheat flour/atta - 3 cup Garlic paste - 1 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Salt - As per taste Warm water - 1 cup Butter (melted) - 3 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped) - 4 cloves Green chillies (finely chopped) - 2 Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp Wheat flour/atta - To dust Oil - For roasting

Ingredients

Combine wheat flour, garlic paste, oil, and salt in a bowl. Gradually add warm water and knead a dough.

Now, squeeze a dough ball that is about that size, roll it, and flatten it. Brush garlic and butter. Dust with some wheat flour as well. Roll out as thinly as you can.

Fold it with your fingers to make pleats. Now, roll it up like a Swiss roll. Firmly secure the end by pressing.

Dust the rolled-up ball with some wheat flour. Begin rolling to a thin thickness.

Now, grease the tawa with some oil and cook the paratha on it.
