Detox Orange Beet Salad For The Festive Season

Ingredients

Beetroot juliennes - 1 cup Carrot juliennes - 1 cup Apple juliennes - 1 cup Parsley/coariander, finely chopped - 1/2 cup 1 orange slices (halved) Crushed walnuts - 2-3 tbsp A handful of lettuce Crumbled paneer - 3-4 tbsp

Orange juice - 3-4 tbsp Apple cider vinegar/normal rice vinegar - 1 tbsp Honey - 1-2 tbsp Olive oil - 3 tbsp ⁠Salt to taste Black pepper - 1 tsp Grated ginger - 1 tsp Black sesame seeds - 1-2 tsp

Add all the ingredients given in the dressing section in a jar.

Shake well to mix all the ingredients. Keep aside.

Next in a large bowl add the chopped vegetabls other than the lettuce. Add the walnuts and pour the already prepared dressing.

⁠Mix well and adjust the seasonings if required.

To serve take some roughly chopped lettuce. Add the salad topped with some crumbled paneer. Enjoy!
